Note: We will exchange items for 30 days only, with original tags and bag, when returned in saleable condition. Any returns received after 30 days will NOT be exchanged. We will only exchange items once per item.

Bottoms Up Direct really wants you to be pleased with your purchase. Due to the current economic climate, we can no longer, for any reason, provide refunds. Exchanges only. In case of exchange, Customer pays for re-shipping of items back to us. We will gladly exchange/repair or replace your purchase, (with the exception of leather goods).

All returns will be subject to an inspection. Should we determine your reason(s) for return/exchange require additional information, we may wish to contact you or we may have to deny your claim. When you send it to us, please enclose your Return/Exchange Form (noting the reason for return) with your shipment. Use the Return Label and send it prepaid and insured to:
